Nigel Nisbet is a passionate believer in the power of all students to learn mathematics. As the VP of Content Creation at MIND Education he devotes his time to building engaging, interactive, and completely visual games that teach all students how math really works. Nigel’s guidance of game play within ST Math and InsightMath helps ensure all students are mathematically equipped to solve the world’s most challenging problems. He has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Queen Mary University, University of London. He earned a master’s in educational administration at California State University Northridge. Nigel is a subject matter expert and frequent speaker at math conferences on topics that include Productive Struggle in Math, Neuroscience of Deeper Learning, Building Mathematical Discourse, and Game-based Learning and Teaching.
